ORDERS:

We are accepting all orders either by phone , fax or e-mail with pre payment prior to shipment.

Our invoices are issued in regard of the prices and sales terms in use the day of the delivery.

All invoices are payable in our shop of SAINT MIHIEL or CHATEAUDUN.

Opening schedule of our shop of SAINT MIHIEL 55 or CHATEAUDUN 28 From Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 14 pm to 18 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 13 pm.

SHIPPING CHARGES :

All quotations given by the company are for ex works price excluding packing and shipping cost.

PAYMENTS:

Payments can be made by the purchaser either by cash , cheques , money transfer and credit card.

DELIVERY TIME:

Times stated for delivery shall date from the receipt by the Company of the Purchaser’s order as written overleaf or of all the necessary information, drawings and inserts to enable the Company to put the work in hand, whichever occurs the later.

Dates of delivery are estimates only and thus cannot be guaranteed and the Company shall not be liable for delay or for any damage or inconvenience sustained by the Purchaser as a result of such dates not being met.

SHIPMENT RULES :

All the goods are shipped under purchaser responsibility whatever types of shipment it might be either in case of  goods prepaid , free shipping or goods return

Any kind of claims should be notified within 48 h after goods reception.

GOODS RETURN :

In case of error or quality claims all goods should return under 8 days.

No parts or goods will be taken back or replaced if installed or used by the purchaser except in case of company admitted mistake.
